Synopsis: Roberta is a teenager with a strange facial malformation that prevents her from fending for herself, or at least what her father has led her to believe; a retired and quite conservative surgeon who takes care of her, he builds her a false world inside her old house, depriving her of the outside world by inventing that there is nothing worthwhile outside. His daughter's grotesque appearance causes him so much conflict that it makes him believe that there are no normal people, only people with a malformed appearance, so to achieve this he gets innocent martyrs whom he mutilates and malforms their appearance until turning them into meat to play, using Roberta's happiness as a pretext to satiate his perversions.
