Raja Huli (Yash) is the heir of a rich landlord in Mandya, lives a good life and spends all his time with his friends. Raja Huli ensures that he is always of some help to his friends. One day, he goes to ensure that his friend's love is conveyed to Kaveri (Meghana Raj), who happens to be his girlfriend. As it happens, she falls for Raja Huli again. But trouble begins here with a murder and the blame falling on Raja Huli, along with some twist and turns that forms the climax.
